The Client

Maisie Darling Is A Luxury Bridal Boutique Located In Lutterworth, South Leicestershire, Specialising In British Designer Wedding Dresses And Bridal Accessories.

The Brief

A key focus of her brand strategy was to help brides find their perfect dress by delivering memorable experiences to each and every bride that steps into her boutique. With a strong brand identity already in place, I worked with Charlotte to develop unique ways of connecting with her brides both online and face to face. With the majority of her customers coming from referrals, we looked at ways to develop each step of the customer journey so that her brides would share their wonderful experience with others. We also looked at developing new touchpoints such as introducing a referral scheme campaign.

The Creative Process

With a strong brand identity in place from the start, we were able to utilise and weave them into different brand touchpoints.

Charlotte’s personalised approach to each bride makes them feel special and we found ways to incorporate that feeling into different campaigns such as the gift cards, referral scheme and Christmas cards. We used a foil finish on some of the designs and good quality paper for a luxury finish and to give a wow factor.

We found unique ways to create interior signage within the boutique that were consistent with the values of the brand. This made the shop feel more approachable and comfortable than some of it’s competitors.
