The Client

Moore and York were first established in 1991 is now one of the regions leading estate agents.  They offer a wide range of services including property sales and professional valuations, mortgage advice, wealth management and conveyancing services as well as property lettings.

The Brief

Moore & York’s lettings needed a high quality marketing solution to assist in selling a brand new photography service.  The design needed to follow company brand guidelines as well as present a professional approach through the use of clear communication and high-end photographic imagery.

The Creative Process

Moore & York developed the service by partnering with a local property photography expert, Alex Benyon. This meant I had some great images to work with, which made the project easier.

I started with initial sketches to explore different layout concepts, and later developed the artwork to match the company brand guidelines and showcase the images to maximise the high quality service offering.

The final design is clean and simple and uses brand colours as a base to help make the bright, colourful photography stand out and give a corporate yet eye catching style.  The brochure captures the essence of the brand and has helped attract customers to the new photography service.
